We’re a proper shop, so during opening hours there’s always someone around .. we are open every day 9 to 5:30 except Sunday and Bank Holidays
Availability
Please note that because we are a real shop .. there is the possibility that an Item can go out of stock before we have updated the web-shop … in this case there might be a delay (if we have to re-stock the item) or the item might no longer be available … we will contact you to explain so that you can choose what to do .. and we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause… and of course we will refund any payment you have made. Sometime the best way to be certain to secure your purchases is to phone us up and place an order over the phone .. but we can only operate this service during normal shop hours.
Shipping
Currently we only ship within the UK. We do not ship worldwide.
We use Parcel Force or Royal Mail for our deliveries. Our aim is that orders received by 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped that day and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. If we can’t deliver your order within 1 week we will contact you the next working day to discuss the time scale and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. We don’t like Amex very much as they hang onto our money too long, and it messes up the accounting.
Returns
In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels, within 15 days. We will either send a replacement or refund for the cost of the returned items. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
Faulty Goods and Complaints
We will provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. Any personal information given to Gill Cycles Ltd. will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Gill Cycles server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
